GRD Transport offers same-day delivery services to individuals and businesses for the transportation of parcels, packages, and documents within the United Kingdom.

Booking and Scheduling:
Customers can book our services through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service team. Delivery scheduling is subject to availability and may vary based on location and service type.

Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges are based on factors such as distance, package size, and urgency. Customers will be provided with a quote prior to booking, and additional charges may apply for special requests or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Terms:
Payment for services rendered is due at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers. Payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Delivery Process:
GRD Transport will make every effort to deliver parcels on the same day as scheduled. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors such as traffic conditions, weather, and unforeseen delays. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times but will provide estimated delivery windows.

Parcel Handling:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that parcels are properly packaged and labeled prior to pick-up. GRD Transport is not liable for any damage to parcels resulting from inadequate packaging.

Liability:
While we take every precaution to ensure the safe and timely delivery of parcels, GRD Transport is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or acts of God.

Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including recipient details and delivery instructions. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delivery delays or additional charges.

Cancellation and Refunds:
Customers may cancel their booking up to a certain cutoff time specified by GRD Transport. Cancellations made after this cutoff time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of GRD Transport.

GRD Transport respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
